The 15 one bedroom apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, terraces, private baths and showers. Their third and fourth beds are sofa beds. The golden sands of Playa de Son Matias, just 100 metres down the road, provide a superb place to sunbathe and offer an impressive range of watersports, including waterskiing, windsurfing, banana boats, sailing, diving, sea chariots and parasailing.
